Data:

QPNF_NONE: No flags are specified.
QPNF_ALLOW_SUFFIXES: Allow number to be scaled by "k", "m", "g", or "K", "M", "G" suffixes.
QPNF_ALLOW_NEGATIVE: Allow a negative sign on the number.
QPNF_ALLOW_TRAILING: Allow trailing characters following the number.
QPNF_SIZE_CHECK: A maximum value is specified in the return parameter.
QPNF_HEX: Interpret the number as base 16.
