Arguments to devctl():


Argument	Value
`filedes`	A message-queue descriptor (of type mqd_t) that you obtained by opening the queue.
`dcmd`	DCMD_MISC_MQSETATTR
`dev_data_ptr`	A pointer to a struct mq_attr
`n_bytes`	`sizeof(struct mq_attr)`
`dev_info_ptr`	NULL

Description:

This command sets the attributes for a message queue. For more information, see mq_settattr() in the QNX OS C Library Reference

The attributes that you want to set for the message queue.
