Write a character to a stream
Synopsis:
#include <stdio.h>
int putc( int c, 
          FILE* fp );
Arguments:
- c
 - The character that you want to write.
 - fp
 - The stream you want to write the character on.
 
Library:
libc
Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.
Description:
The putc() macro writes the character c,
cast as (int)(unsigned char), to the
output stream designated by fp.
Returns:
The character written, cast as (int)(unsigned char),
or EOF if an error occurs
(errno is set).
Examples:

{
    FILE* fp;
    int c;
    fp = fopen( "file", "r" );
    if( fp != NULL ) {
